We maintain a lot of care with our soil and plants, and work natural and limit the yield to get high-quality, mature and healthy grapes into our winecellar . Even the best wine -cellar technology can't get more out of the grape than is in it in the first place. The quality is growing inside the Winegarden so to speak.
